Thank you to all who have shared timelines. Now only the ceremony to book. Included was a link to a "customer" survey. If anyone else gets the same link, please tell them that 2nd class post is not acceptable. The Home Office load a hyper-premium (over £700) onto the cost of this service, like they do for I.L.R. This is, they say, to "reflect the value" of the service to the applicant. This is obviously a political decision and is as it is. But at the premium charged, a few extra pence (of our money) for 1st class postage to speed things up just a little bit is not a lot to ask.

Today, I have received a letter from Home office dated the 29/05/14 and asking me to submit additional proof that I meet the english requirement (which I sent today through specially delivery) before a decision can be made. My concern is though that the letter asks me to submit it by the 22/05/14. is it just a typing mistakes or I should be concerned? and if it's a typing mistake, anyone has an experience as to how long I should wait before a response?
