Eligibility for ILR

I came to UK on 21 May 12.

First visa extension: 25 May 13 – 25 May 15.

Due to new change in visa rules, planned for second extension.
Assuming, if I get visa for next three years that is

Assumption: Second visa extension: 25 May 14 – 25 May 17

Q: When can I be eligible for ILR?

your ILR eligibility date=your first entry 21 May 12 + 5 yrs - 28 days=24 Apr 17 as 23rd Apr is sunday

Why do you want to apply for extension in May 2014? Apply as late as possible, before April 2015 deadline. That way, you will have more validity and time to do ILR as well.
