Tier 1 General extension query

Post by HGill » Mon Jun 02, 2014 3:56 am

My query is that I was granted initial permission to enter the UK on 24 July 2010. I entered the UK on 25 August 2010 and I had applied for extension one month in June 2012 on around 22nd. Now I am short of literally 2 months for continuous period for my ILR. Should I apply for Tier 1 extension and then ILR or can i apply for ILR straightaway. Please advise.

as you fall short of 2 months to be on the safer side you can apply for another extension. Also if u wanna give it a try apply for ILR but it depends on case worker's discretionary to approve the 2 months shortage
