Refer last para here: https://www.gov.uk/tier-2-general/family-members

1) It has link to the required form
2) You need to send ur passport / BRP / visa copies / birth certificate (original). A letter from employer that you've been employed in UK with them from <start date> would help (although I dont think its a mandatory doc)
3) GBP600 OR If you can get a letter from your sponsor stating they’ll provide 1 month’s funding of at least £600 for each of your dependants.
4) Similar to any other postal application (consider atleast 4 weeks). If you need to travel early, you can go for priority service.

Dear Moonlight55

Thanks for your reply.

Question 1 .

1.Please confirm
Is this the exact form which need to be submitted in case of newborn to get Tier 2 Dependent visa inside UK(Baby born in UK while parents have TIER-2 Visa.)

https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... _04-14.pdf

Question 2. As rest of family has valid visa till October 2015 so baby will also get visa upto October 2015.
My COS contain following info.

Tier and Category: Tier 2 (General - New hires under £150,000)
Is the job on the current shortage occupation list?: Y

So keeping in view of the above information do i need to pay

£601 fee of TIER 2 GENERAL,ICT LONG TERM STAFF,SPORT & MOR-up to 3 years leave to remain
OR
£428TIER 2-SHORTAGE OCCUPATIONS-up to 3 years

Question 3
How much will be the total amount if i go for priority visa for the baby?

Question 4
While rest of family has Visa on passport not on BRP so will the newborn visa be stamped on passport or on BRP.

All your queries are available on gov.uk website. Please take some effort to go through it.

1) Yes (if you submit today. Forms do undergo changes by UKBA, hence you need to check the latest form at the time of submission)
2) If your job is a SO, you need to pay the fees for SO dependent.
3) Priority visa fees details: https://www.gov.uk/tier-2-priority-applications
Please note that if you go for priority processing, the application form is also different. Please see the link for more details.
4) Visa stamping for applications from within UK does not happen in the passport. Most likely, your baby will get the BRP.

Hi,

I am on Tier-2 ICT visa currently. I would now like to apply for the baby's visa from within UK.

Now, the UKBA wesbite says I only need to send the application form, fees and the original birth certificate. (screenshot below)

Do I need to send in any of the original passports or BRP cards? (don't want to send passport for a different reason)

Hi tier2ilr
Did you submit the original BRP and passport when you applied for your baby boy?

I am applying Tier 2 General dependent visa for myself and my new born baby from india.
Is there any different application form to apply my dependent visa and my baby dependent visa?

Can you please stop digging up old topics/threads and tagging your question onto them. You have a topic already about this, suggest exercise some patience and wait for someone to respond, it is a sunny weekend and most are probably out with their families.
