Resident Card applications refused in uk now applyin ireland

I am non-eu and my wife is from poland. we have been married in london 3 years ago and living together. my resident card applications refused 3 times in uk. can we apply in ireland. can someone suggest us please.

Yes you can apply for a residence card in Ireland if your wife exercise her treaty rights in Ireland in the form of job, study etc.

There's no problem that you apply for a residence card in Ireland and your application won't be turned down purely because you have been refused by UK before. However, you should be careful the reason, for which your UK application got refused, isn't there any more. There must be some quite solid ground if they refused you for 3 times.

Actually the immigration people visited my home address and asked about us but the ground floor tenant told them that he does not know about us at all and they refused my application based on marriage of convenience and then the tribunal also dismissed for the same reason. But we have been living together since 3 years together.
