Anyone got Tier-1 extension after ILR refusal??

Anyone got Tier-1 extension after ILR refusal??

Hi,

I am due to apply for Tier-1 (General) extension after an unsuccessful ILR application (due to simple caution).

I tried to look for one but didn't find any.

Is there someone who got refused for the ILR due to simple caution and has applied for Tier-1 (General) extension and got the extension successfully without any problem?

any thread links?

I shall be grateful.
