Remaining Fees Maintenance time in account

Post by shubhendra » Wed Jun 25, 2014 7:28 pm

Hello,

My brother is applying for MBA in University of West London.
-> He has paid 50% of his fees and got the unconditional offer letter.
-> His maintenance of 28 days has already matured.

Problem -> He wants to apply for Tier 4 next Monday 30th June, but the remaining 50% fees will be deposited in his account tomorrow (Thursday).
Question: Can he take statement from bank (which shows remaining 50% course tuition fees came yesterday in his account) on Friday 27th June and apply for the visa on Monday?

Please Help!
Thanks

No the money has to be there for 28 days. Has he been issued a CAS yet?

But there is nothing mentioned about the fees to be maintained for 28 days in the policy guidance. How can we confirm the same?

The guidance clearly states that funds need to be held for 28 days.
