Child of settled person visa

HI,
I am applying for “Child or Other Dependant of Settled Person” visa online for my daughter who is born in India(Apr 2013) and has never been to UK. Both father and mother have Indefinite leave to remain granted on Jan 2013.She is currently living with her grandparents.
I have filled the online application form paid the fee of 92,000INR.
I have few questions around the forms:
Do I need to fill in VAF4A form as well?
Do I need to fill in appendix 1 or 2?
Do I need to fill SA07 form?
Right now the documents which I am providing are:
1. Application form filled online on the visa4u website
2. Daughters original passport
3. Copy of parents passports
4. Copy of Permanent residency card –BRP card
5. Marriage certificate
6. Birth certificate of daughter
7. Bank statement 6 m onths
8. Payslips 6 months
9. Sponsorship letter from father
10. Address proof in UK-council tax
Any replies are greatly appreciated. I have booked the visa appointment at VFS Bangalore on 7th july.. please reply ….

Yes, VAF4A, Appendix 1 and SU07/12. Other documents look good.

I have already filled the online application form on visa4uk wbsite for child of settled person visa.
Do I still need to fill in VAF4A form?
Since I filled in online application form, I am under the impression that I donot need ot fill in VAF4A form manually? Correct me if I am wrong.

you will need to print the completed online application form and the appendix and su07/12.

Vaf4 a application form online
vaf4a manual form
Appendix 1 or
Appendix which one u submitted

and Su07 form plus other relevant documents.

appendix 2 is not needed ....

I recently became a british citizen and My wife is on ILR. My daughter was born in india.I am submitting the same set of documents as you have mentioned. Could you please answer the following questions ?

1) We have filled the online form already. Do we need to fill VAF4A and Appendix form manually and carry it to the VFS office ?

2) Which appendix form is correct for us ? Appendix1 or Appendix 2.

Any body just share experience of VAF4a online vfs form there is declaration form also on online, who is going to signed that form, I am father applying my baby application. Is I can signed that form online please share it.
