ILR SET(M) documents

Hi ALl
I appreciate all your efforts in answering the questions, also this forum was very usefull for applying SET(O) which was succesful in may2014.As i was not fully sure i appliedor me first.

I have 2 questions
1)My wife came to UK in september 2011 as my dependant , i hope she has stayed more than 2 years and she is elgible for ILR now.
2) For Supporting cohabitation documents
i made a mistake of not adding her name in to water and Electricity bill
I have all documents for the sponsorship
-(More tahn 6 documents set- 1}counicl ,2)Tenancy 3) water 4)Electricity 5)P60 6)bank statement 7)HMRC letters)
My wife has only below documents
1)Tenancy agreement -Both ur name
2)COunil tax - Bo ur name, Her name spelling is wrong i am not sur whether they can correct i.
3)Bank statement - only her name
4) she worked in between feb 2012 to Aug -2012 payslipavialble
5) Poll card -only her name
6)NHS leter - only her name
7)Some HMRC leters

Are these six documents are enough to show that we both are together
Please letme know if she can get ay other documents, we have travlled to mny places during this me

Her applications would be SET(O) not SET(M) if a PBS dep and you settled as a PBS applicant.

Hi Amber,

She is a dependant , i already got my ILR in may 2014 .
I am applying separately for her ILR ..yes she is thorugh PBS dependant
please let me know which form SET(M) or SET(O)

If she's still a PBS dep then it's SET(O). B1 English and LIUK required.

Quick Question

FOr english language requirement
She has passed IELTS with more than 6 in all section and overall 7 , can i show as english language requirement.

Yes as B1 is a score of 4.0 in each section. In addition to LIUK.

Ok got it LIUK US LIFe in the Uk
I checked the english language required for PBS dependant in set (o) form , IELTS IS NOT MENTIONED ANY WHERE ??

Thanks for clarifiying that My wife should fill a SET(O) form as she is a PBS dependant

Also Regarding the Document set
Is it totally i must show 6 documents with both the names thorugh out the 2 years or
2 documents covering first 8 months (Letting agreement June 2012 - COuncil Tax OCtober 2012)
2 documents covering next 8 months (NHS letter feb 2013 and -- Poll card June 2013)
2 documents covering next 8 months (HMRC letter Feb 2014 and hsbc bank statement June 2014 )

They are not as strict for SET(O) so should be fine.
