Request of passport ... Contact no. Needed.

Hi,

Hope u all are fine here.

This is regarding a friends query.

He is on tier 4 and requested for return of passport from UKBA. Application done and return tickets booked for 6th Aug. They are still awaiting passport.

Any idea if there is a specific contact number we can contact on to call n ask an update. All the numbers we tried are fruitless.
