I just want to know as my ILR is approved now, do i need to inform HO for my Mrs FLR FP application as its on hold , the other thing HO sent her IELTS letter and marriage certificate with my documents , will there be any issue with it ?
how long does it normally take for hers applications outcome, she is here since jan 2011 and flr fp was applied in March 2014 with my set Lr

Thanks
hi c4551m
One of thr guy in this forum Shahjee mentioned that his mrs and kids FLR M was approved within 4/5 days of his receiving ILR. And he didn't inform HO about his approval.
One question, why did you Put FLR FP for your Mrs, why not FLR M? As I can see you applied before 6 April 2014 you didn't even need to show income threshold
Hi Joanie
When we sent first application for FLRO and varied application , HO sent letter to send Mrs application as FLR FP, which we did on 7th April 2014.
Flro applied 23.02.14
Varied application to SET LR 3.3.14
Biometrics done 24.3.14
Approval 24.7.14
Docs received 28.7,14

Hi all,

I'm thinking of applying MN1 for my son. Can anyone help with the below questions:

1 - Do both parents need to have ILR I'm order to register a child or father's ILR is enough
2 - what docs do I need
3 - where do I find professional reference for a 15 month old child.

Regards
Malik

Thanks for you quick reply. I spoke to GP today. They refused saying they can't sign for kids under the age of 2:(.

What other options do I have?

Hi, I wonder if your ILR approval letter say something like your wife need to apply for FLRM within 28 days or any deadline?
march_ilr wrote:Hi Khan_81, NasirNNN, malik15, Mrs. P, rehan01, hasan5805

Many thanks for your wishes and kind words. @malik15..No i haven't applied for my wife and child yet. i am hoping to do it in next few days.

Would anyone please be able to provide me HO contact no for FLR(M) booking with a PEO? I guess i need to apply on this form for my wife. She is staying as a point based dependant with me since last five years at least.

The conclusion i come up with from
this forum's conversation at different times that 'there is no way i can apply for set(m) for my wife straight after her flr(m) approval' Please let me know if my understanding is wrong.

One of my friend applied on 27 June 2014 using April version SET (LR) form but today after 2 months , home office sent his all documents back with the form saying that the form is not updated one.he is been given full refund.
There is an another form version 7 , 2014 but my friend had applied on 27 June 2014.
Don't know why home office did this.
He has to apply again now with fresh documents.
Ahhhh

Any advice for him from senior members please

Dear Members,

I have received my approval letter and documents today.

My timeline is as follows:

Application Sent: 24/03/2014
Biometrics enrolled: 08/04/2014
Approval: 01/08/2014
BRB: Waiting

My wife has also applied for FLR(M) on 4th April and she is waiting for her decision.

I pray for all those who are waiting for their approvals.

Good Luck

I post this question on various forum but no reply received yet.

Our FLR(M) application rejected because we submitted English B1 from Learning Resource Network(LRN) with the aim that we will apply SET(M) once we approved for FLR(M) , but according to HO LRN is not on approved list .

B1 from Trinity College is acceptable for FLR(M) as well as for ILR
but
B1 from LRN is not acceptable for FLR(M) but acceptable for ILR.

Both registered in ofqual register

I don't understand this juggle.

Please help ...
