200K investment time limit after Tier 1 Entre visa

Hello Guys,

Please guide me for the issue, which is not cleared in any website or immigration rules also.

My friend came to UK last month after getting Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa (Team) from India. He showed £200K investment plan.

Now the biggest question is
1) what is the time limit to invest £200K after getting visa or after UK entry?
2) is there any rules shows the period of investment?

You can invest as and when required for your business but before the date of extension you should invest entire 200K.
You should register your business with in 6 months of entry in UK .

Hi Bhaku, can you please share your friend's experience applying from India? Did he submit a Business Plan? Did he have prior exposure to UK? Where did he apply from and how long did the application process take?
