Post by Rockey » Mon Sep 08, 2014 10:47 pm

Hi,

I NEED SOME INFORMATION/SUGESTION ,,AS I WENT POSTOFFICE TO HAVE BIOMETRIC TAKEN ME AND MY WIFE'S BIOMETRIC HAS BEEN TAKEN BUT When I along with my children took this letter to Post Office they could not process 2D barcode the scanner displayed 'invalid barcode', and biometric letter also says responsible Adult (if required): NO RESPONSIBLE ADULT FOUND!!!
I have also sent email to home office but could not phone them because i dont have phone number..!!

Have any one gone through this type of experience ??
And can you please send me home office contact number for entrepreneur cases.?
Any sugestions will highly be apreciated.

Seems like technical error made by home office. You need to ring the biometric section for this, only they can fix it.

wonder if this BRP guidance can be any help to you.

Hello,

I have faced the same problem two weeks ago.

Responsible Adult name was missing in children's biometric letter.

I have contacted Homeoffice via phone call, email and also sent a letter explaining everything to case worker.

After doing that, I have got correct letter in one week.

UKBA Contact number for biometric correction: 03001232241 and would also suggest you to send a letter to case worker.
