I have been following this thread with interest, as my husband applied in June. I'm adding his details now since we're also still waiting.

Eligibility criteria: 6 years HM Armed Forces (exempt from immigration control)
Language criteria met: UK NARIC language assessment of overseas degree + Life in UK
Method of application: NCS Northallerton
Date of application: 09/06/2014
Payment method: Debit Card
Date of receipt by UKBA: 10/06/2014
Date of acknowledgment: 19/06/2014 (dated 16/06)
Date of debit or clearance of fees: 13/06/2014
Date approval received: TBC
Date of ceremony: TBC

I see the May applications have finally picked up again so I'm hopeful it will be our turn soon!

just received approval letter dated 28th August and called the council to book a ceremony. waiting on that but looks like they have one available next week. very very very happy and wish all of you the very best.

I see rs1012 applied on the 23rd of June - congratulations by the way!! I've also noted that a few July applicants have also received their approvals. I guess it is possible that the staff reassignment could have slightly jumbled up the order in which applications are processed to completion. Although looking through the posts for the months prior to the passport shambles, the order in which approvals are received does seem slightly random anyway (with an average processing time of 48 days according to https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... ember-2013).

The May applications generally seem to be moving reasonably quickly with quite a number receiving approval recently, so I think there is reason to be hopeful that other June applications will start being approved very soon. However, it is slightly depressing to see that there are still a small number of applications from February still outstanding.

I applied on the 4th of June and have rung 0300 123 2253 twice (I rang for the second time today - 9/9/2014). Both times I have been told that my application is still under consideration and that it may take up to six months. I asked whether it had been assigned to a caseworker and was told that they don't have that information available. Good luck everyone still waiting.

Like I've wrote before the ho send me a letter for interview I went there yesterday and they ask for the adress where did I do the test how long I took how much I pay with what I pay only this kind of questions after the lady say she will give this interview to caseworker to give the decision

Earlier requested return of passports and Residence Card on: 05/07/2014 received them on: 08/07/2014

So always had my passport with me as i travel a bit regularly and this approval just made the holiday am going tomorrow a little more special.
Thanks to all who make this forum such a hope and lifeline for those still waiting. Everyone should keep the faith and yours will come.

Also to note: I had a penalty fine and 3 points for speeding about 3 weeks after i applied, but send the details and documents to them after fine was paid. So don't lose hope if you have such situation.
