eea extended family member law

Hey I want to know about eea extended family member law
I am living in uk for 14 years illegally came 2001
I live with my brother he is dependent on his wife
My brother wife she is norway citizen and my brother he is woris working to
They came from ireland for 2010 and live with me and support me all the time coz I cant do work now and they suuport me I ddont have a bank account or any thing I am living in uk for 14 year and very depress now dont know what to do
My sister she is living in uk too she is british and we apply for my parents on eea parents visa which is refuse from pakistan uk embassy on stupid reason we apply apeal from uk so next mmounth they have appeal we sending them money as well
All my family members in the house living in uk I am emotionally attach with them
But my queation is about me for eea extended family can I apply on this
I have bills with them for 2 years at same house
Pls any one advise me what document I need with them
