The whole purpose of using NCS is that you retain your travel documents. All the original documents you produce along with the application will be verified, photocopied and attested by the NCS. NCS will send your application to Home office and not you. Hope that answers your query.

Got letter in mail today, stating that my application does not meet the criteria of 5years because I was out if the country 5years ago
Application date: 7/7/14
On holiday: 1/7/09 till 14/7/09
So qualifying period is 14/7/09 till 14/7/14, so in short I have send application one week early, ncs adviser checked it before sending it and she was fine with it. I am allowed to send the same application back with resign and redate the section 6.
I need someone's advise as it also stated in letter that I need to provide new KoLL evidence as its a redeclared application because its after 28th October 2013. I m wondering because I have sent the initial application with KoLL test certificate I used for my ILR application. Can someone advise on that please.

Sorry to hear your refusal, Not sure how you missed this basic requirement as this requirement is clearly mentioned in the Guide and strange how NCS guys missed this as they have this question in their checklist.

If you are using the same form you also need to think about the using the same Reference page, there is requirement that reference shouldn't be signed before a certain time limit.. I am not sure what the time limit is but refer the guide or explore this forum.

How this happen .. I thought your application was refused because you did not meet the criteria .. You are very lucky that asked you to resend the section 6 with new date and signature and approve it... otherwise they had a genuine reason to refuse it and asked you to re apply .. weldone

There is a clause in immigration and naturalisation guide where is states that if the application is within 2 months of qualifying period, resend the application to be resigned and redated and redeclared, in my case it was only out by 1 week. I guess my covering letter did the trick plus i did send the copies of caseworker guidance highlighted what was applicable to my case. Whatever the case, i am thankful to Allah for getting me through this step, now time to wait for invitation letter.
Funny thing is that i called nationality helpline today and i was told that application is still under consideration and it may take 6 months.
