medical visa?? how to obtain... what visa category???

Am on tier 1 general... Sister seriously sick in Nigeria( panic attacks, stress and anxiety she was invo in an accident 10yrs ago) she is out of job becos of this condition almost a year
Visitor visa refused last July bcos she is out of job and that they cant establish she will come back to nigeria
how do I go about finding a. Reg uk consultant that can treat her,write medical visa letter for her to visit and get treated or which visa Category can I use???? PLs kindly help!!!! Am very desperate to see her live her normal life again..... thank you xx

Truthfully, you should not waste your time unless there are no qualified professionals in that area of medicine in her country. If she does not qualify for a general visit visa (lack of social and economic ties) she will not qualify for a medical visit visa either, as the general visit conditions have to be satisfied also.

The applicant must:
meet the requirements of the visitor rules - paragraph 41(iii) to (vii), (ix) to (x) and (xii), and
the requirements of paragraph 51 of the Rules.

I am sure it is (serious) which is why I said you really have no chance with this. People who don't qualify for general visit visas (your sister was refused due to lack of social and economic ties) are also not going to qualify for a medical visit visa. There would need to be diplomatic intervention at an executive level to overcome the barrier.
