Before curtailement teir-2 General

Hi,

Can somebody please advise on following?

Im an Indain passport holder, currently on teir-2 general in UK.

Can I travel to India, Before my visa gets curtailed?

This is how I would like to plan, I would like to travel when my visa is OK, but Im sure it will get curtailed after 30 days.

Can I get back to UK, when I received a curtailment letter from UK?

Or should I reach before my employer notifies to the UKBA?

If you want to put in a new Tier 2 application, why not get that done and granted before you travel. Otherwise, you are risking being refused entry on your return.

If you get curtailment during your period outside of UK you will automatically get a one year cooling off period before you can return.
So best to get a new Sponsor and apply for new visa to continue your leave, if that is what you intend to do.
