Hi,

My child was born outside UK and he has got Tier 1 dependant valid until Jan 2016.
Mother is on Tier 1 dependant valid until Jan 2016. She will be applying for extension as she has to complete 5 years with me. So she will on Tier 1 dependant at least until Jan 2018.
My status is ILR and recently applied for naturalisation and expecting it by Feb 2015.

What will be my child's status after Jan 2016?
What is the best I can apply for him? I am not sure I can apply for either MN1 or ILR even though i prefer it

Neither. PBS dependant, in-line with mother's.
