You have not provided sufficient information. However, it is not likely that her father was settled (being a student on a just an MBA course) so, there is no claim to British Citizenship. Who was the mother and what was her status

NO

which more information you want. her mother not UK citizen.

can she adopted in UK court?

as this question in https://www.gov.uk/check-british-citize ... /yes/no/no
:"5 Were you adopted by a British citizen in a UK court?

You can also choose yes if you were adopted by a court in a qualifying territory on or after 21 May 2002.

The qualifying territories are all the British overseas territories, except the sovereign base areas of Akrotiri and Dhekelia (in Cyprus)."

I don´t understand the the adoption issues that you seem to be raising. Are you suggesting she could be adopted now, as an adult? Please elaborate on your very vague and confusing references.

As it stands, the child seems to have been born to parents who were not at that time settled in the UK and who did not subsequently acquire ILR. Nor has the child spent the first 10 years of her life in the UK. It all of this is true, that is end of the matter and there can be no valid or viable claim to British citizenship.
