Thank you.

I send the following confirm partner excersing treaty rights.

copy of passport
Letter from employer confirming her employment
last 3 years P60
last 4 months pay slips

However HO have now stamped the EEA permit with 'LEAVE SUPERSEDED BY BIOMETRIC RESIDENCE PERMIT' so I'm not sure if I can still travel visa free in Europe. It is strange as I know people who have both so I don't know why it has been stamped. EEA permit is given on EU regulations so have nothing to do with UK leave. Maybe it was in error, I will check with HO.

@kamrnash
Yes its mistake and caseworker repeating that mistake for the last many cases, they shouldn't cancel eea2 RC for visa free entry to EU countries. But after one year when you get red passport then you can again travel anywhere :D

Hi Everyone,

This is just an assumption that August applications might be high ;-) most of the people who came 10 years ago have already used HSMP and other ways of getting ILR . There is a slight possibility that most of the ILR 10 years applicants are using this forum and hence we have more applications in Aug .

Its well known fact that ILR's ( Tier 1 , 10 years, EEA ,) are all considered at the same time so there is high possibility that Only 10 year ILR applications are high and the other's may be low ;-)

So by end of November we might see September applications too so chill pill and wait for the D day

Cheers

This is not an assumption just look at the Stats 2013 september there were 62 10 year ILR'S APPS and October there were 28 on our Gooooogoool drive ...but in fact there were more ILR ( Including all Routes) in October Than september ...

Snap
September 62 10 year ILRs --------- Total 1305
October 28 10 year ILRS's-------- Total 1320 .

Just trying to give a hope that there might be less apps we never know thats all ................. this is not to show someone is correct or incorrect its just assumptions ...

So September applications may start in last week of NOV or 1st week if Dec .............

where do you get 1305 and 1320 numbers from?

Are these total number of 10 years ILR applications made in the respective months?

[ Hey Ajek the numbers are in the stats Tab for 2013 I was just mentioning that the number of applications on tracker does not mean that a month with more 10 year ILR for instance Aug2014 has more applications ............... its 2013 stats I mentioned ]
The total is ILR applications ( Includes all the Routes T1, T2, EEA and also 10 Year long stay )

Congratulations to you. Remember my last post on the status of your EEA family permit after you must have obtained your ILR through 10 years long residency.
Anyway Good luck as you would not be needing your EEA family permit when you obtain your Naturalisation in 12 months time. If I were you I will channel my time and effort towards making money and planning holiday in the next 12 months.
Good luck once again.
