ACS assessed in Feb 2002

I got my ACS positive assesment in Feb 2002. I then got engaged in my project in different country and never bothered to go ahead with the immigration application for AUS. Would anyone know if I can continue with my ACS assement NOW (in Dec 2004) which I got in Feb 2002.

I am afraid ACS assessment is only valid for 1 year and a fresh application need to filed for ACS now. Moreover i reckon, at that point (2002) ACS required only 2 years of experience and now four years of professional experience required if you have majors in Computer Sciences.

Yes I have been assesed in IT.
I just remember the letter saying it is valid for 2 years.
