How to enforce your rights

Post by runie80 » Wed Sep 05, 2007 9:11 am

Hi Guys

Just saw this and i dont know if this has been mentioned here before

http://www.europarl.ie/eu_how.html

The Petitions Committee of the European Parliament examines complaints by EU citizens about breaches or infringements of EU law. Some of the most common issues of complaint are the environment, social affairs, free movement, recognition of qualifications and discrimination. Petitions can be sent online, or in the form of a letter, setting out your complaint. Copies of any supporting or background documents should also be enclosed.

What do you guys think ?

Should we get a "model case" from here and submit a petition ?

Also has anyone contacted EU Ombudsman ? if so then whats their stance ?

By model case i mean someone who has been refused.Has all the documentation and dont have any previous convictions or breaches.
In any moment of decision, the best thing you can do is the right thing, the next best thing is the wrong thing, and the worst thing you can do is nothing.
