congratz khan2013 and moa7

morning guys,

i asked for the update again yesterday and got the below response today :-

ear Fawad,

Thank you for contacting the UK Visas and Immigration International Enquiry
Service.

We understand that you would like to know about the current status of your
visa application. I have tracked the status *** and found that the application has been processed and a
decision has been made.

Please note that your passport and documentation could still take some time
to reach you whilst being sent back from the decision making centre and
whilst other administrative formalities are completed. The visa application
centre will be in contact with you regarding the collection or delivery.

If you have purchased a courier service then your documents will be
dispatched to the delivery address you have provided. We appreciate your
patience while you wait to receive your documents.

We strongly recommend not to book prepaid travel and accommodation before
receiving the visa.

can you guys confirm if anyone got the same email? should i wait for their email and messages as well saying app has been processed and concluded etc before Gerrys call me for collection? please dont ruin my excitement and give me good news that my wait is almost over lol :/[/quote]

hi guys just to let you know i applied around the same time as you , i received an email saying our application has been processed then i got another email saying your application has been concluded and it will be returned to our commercial partner etc please await confirmation, then an hour later i received a third email saying my documents have been received at the application centre at this date and time, then Allhamdulillah 5 minutes later my hubby got a call from them too to come and collect on monday, i reckon you will get a call on monday.. guyz plz make dua for us INSHA ALLAH i pray we all get god news next week

Am soo happy for you guys @saiqahK Moa7 khan2013 &fawad iftikhar I really hope you guys get your visas Inshallah.

I received this response today when I requested an update on Friday

Thank you for contacting the UK Visas and Immigration International Enquiry
Service.

We understand that you would like to know about the current status of your
visa application. I have tracked the status (GWF------ and date of birth
-/-/-) and found that a decision on your application has been delayed
whilst further enquiries are being conducted. Your visa application centre
or the entry clearance officer will contact you once a decision has been
made or, if necessary, during the consideration of your application.

I applied on the 15-09-2014 from Islamabad.
Its a bit weird because i received this response before 2 months ago.

Unsusal case approved. Marriage took place 25 years ago and couple opted to live in pakistan. In August applied and as the spouse was in pakistan as well so instead of uk sourced earnings savings in pakistan was shown to meet income criteria.
For accommodation a letter from a uk friend was attached stating that couple would stay with him for 2 weeks and would rent some accommodation in meanwhile. With the letter council tax bill was attached. Got visa on 15 December. No call and no interview

Hi there,
My husband has applied for a spouse visa. I wanted to ask from which date should you count from as to how long it has been?

So which one from the following?

The date that the online application was done.

The date that the biometrics and documents submitted.

Or when the documents were received at Islamabad.

Our online form was submitted on the 13th of November

Biometrics and documents submitted at Lahore on the 28th of November

Documents received at Islamabad on the 1st of December

Hope someone can clear this for me :)
Thanks
