Which Enligh Language Test is easier and acceptable

hi guys,

could somebody tell me please that which English Test is most easier and acceptable for spouse visa application? As my wife has to apply for spouse visa from Pakistan. And I'm looking for the most easier test for her. I will be very thankful of you guys, if somebody can help me out.

Speaking and Listening
IESOL Diploma at A1 level

2. Cambridge English Preliminary
(also known as Preliminary
English Test)
