Do I qualify for ILR? Pls. advice.

Hi,

Can anyone advice with my case below. I have three Tier 2 extensions as follows:

17/9/2009 to 3/10/2011 - Tier2(ICT)

8/11/2011 to 6/12/2013 - Tier2(General) - Change in sponsorship

6/12/2013 to till date - Residence Permit Tier 2(General)

The gap of 35 days in year 2011 (between October 11 and November 2011) is because my new sponsor delayed to send the original COS to India, hence I had to wait till I receive the original documents to submit the application. I submitted the application on 4th Nov 11 and got the UK entry visa from 8th Nov,11.

Please somebody provide me guidance here...
