Very Confused-TIER 2 Dep- Court Conviction Case withdrawn

Post by tier2ilr » Sat Jan 10, 2015 6:42 pm

Dear All & Guru's

I was summoned for driving without insurance and licence last year. matter went into court . I pleaded guilt by post with mitigation letter and submitted the circumstantial evidence.
Received a call from court on the day of hearing i told them all the circumstances and very next day got my driving licence back without any points etc.

i Called court to explain about outcome they informed that charges against me are WITHDRAWN.

Now

i am in the process for VISA application filling as dependent visa . There are few queries about Court Conviction & civil Judgement.

My question is do i fall under category of Conviction or civil judgement regarding questions from J1 to J7 of application Form of Tier 2 Dependent?
Please respond as i am submitting my application on Monday.
Please respond.
