Tier 2 Extension & Switching Employer

Hi

Initial Grant of Leave Nov-2012 till September 2015 Under Shortage Occupation with Sponsor "A" with 2211 as code.

Switching to Sponsor "B" with in same code 2211 but the occupation is no more in the Shortage occupation list & Employer B did RLMT and assigned 5 years sponsorship on COS from March 2015 to March 2020.

Q1. My question is as i already spend 2 years and 2 months on Tier 2 General. Will i get 3 years and 10 months of Tier 2 General or more? (COS states 5 years starting from March 2015 to March 2020 )

Q2. Can i use Tier 2 General BY POST Form in Premium service as no paper based form available to download when i visit Premium service page?

Q3.At which date exactly i will be able to apply for ILR as per situation above?
