rules for family that were changed on 9 july 2012 which means all families that apply for spouse visa after this date will have to spend 5 years and families that came before july 9 2012 will need to spend 2 years to be eligible for ILR. The pre july was also approved.saeedafridi123 wrote:cant do anything about post july 2012 as it was approved by the parliment.

@Lucky007 - The poster appears to be referring to the changes with regards to PBS dependents and FLR(M) where the main PBS applicant applies for ILR based on long residence - changes effective since April 2014.which rules ??
