Fiancée visa expire soon traveling abroad

Fiancée visa expire soon traveling abroad

Hi senior members
My fiancée is traveling abroad her visa expires end of March and she will b returning to UK 10 days before her visa expires.
Is it ok to travel in this situation is she going to have problem at borders ?

What category of visa does she have?
Edit: Looking through your previous posts I can see that she has a fiancee visa. Attempting to re-enter the UK after you are married could mean that she will be refused as technically she is no longer a fiance and should have applied for FLR(M) before travelling. See this from the UKVI Immigration Rules:
Under certain circumstances the IO has authority to cancel an entry clearance and refuse entry to the traveller. (Paragraph 321 of the Rules).

She have fiancée vosa and we are married now ok then I tell her to avoid traveling before flr m

It would certainly be wise to apply for FLR(M) before travelling, to avoid the risk of refusal.

We are booking same day application online appointment on first page asking for dependent details we don't have and page won't go any further unless we provide dependent details
