You will need a passport for the little one. A birth certificate is not enough. Strictly speaking a visa is not required although might be easier to get a schengen visa (if required).

The stamp is single entry although nothing stops her from getting it again on her next entry.

thanks for jumbo for your prompt response.

only I am worry that my wife will travel also to non eu country with me for one week and will be difficult to ask for family permit a it take one month. and it will be impossible to board the flight without visa or fp.

any advise for getting multi entry visa by visiting any EU country before going to the non EU native country?

regards

Not sure what you are asking. Does she wish to apply for EEA Family Permit in Europe before going to her home country so she will have a valid visa? Then Dublin could be a good choice.or any other country but it can take a few weeks to get it.

thanks jumbo for your time to reply my post.
I am trying to guarantee any visa or fp permit for her before going back to her home country.
this means that we can go to Dublin and stay there for 2 weeks and then she apply for f p?
does she needs to be resident in the country where she will apply for fp?

thanks
