I was holidaying abroad 5 years backwards from today, not physically present in the UK. So NCS advised me to apply next month. We were about to apply for 3 (2 adults and a kid) and now it is just my partner and the kid who have applied. NCS did save me a fortune  (I meant the stress I would have gone through on the refusal of the application).

While I hold on until next month for submitting my application, there is a 40 day gap. Not sure if my referee’s signatures and my declaration are valid until then. Please advise.

A thread dated 2012 from immigration boards stated that the validity is 6 months based on the booklet / guide. Just want to make sure it is not ruled out as I don’t see any such statement in the recent guide/booklet

Hi, please help me to understand some questions.
App form for my 15 years old son who born outside UK Latvia, i am citizen
via naturalization last year. I am devorced with his dad long time ago and
nobody from family lives with us. No one English from descent. No one in
army. good character. I am working.

Sec1 1.1? which one is for me?

And the rest of application exactly which ones i have to feel in...most of
them not related to me and my son...shall i cross them as in Guide or leave
blank?

Thank you

Hi,

I am new to this forum. I want to know your feedback regards the NCS, I am about to apply for the citizenship for my husband but not sure if to apply directly or go through NCS. Only reason why we dont want apply directly is that we dont want to handover his passport as we have holiday planned for India in August and also dont want to take the risk that it goes lost. On the other hand we heard that even if you apply via NCS HO might ask to see the passport.
Could you please let me know if this happened to you and share your experience please so that we can decide?

Many Thanks
