This forum has been very helpful and supportive and I enjoyed being part of this community. I sincerely pray for everyone that they get the visa. The process is long and at times you may feel lonely and hopeless but remember and trust in Allah Swt.

Heyy a massive congratulations!!!
Well done
Can I just ask under wat catogery did you apply from and please can you confirm what documents you submitted Thanks
xx
hi gucci. Thank you! We applied under cat a and from the top of my head we submitted

Photocopy of sponsors british passport
Sponsors declaration
su 07 form - some people say this isnt important but we included

6 months bank statement and payslip
employment letter

Accommodation letter
Housing inspection report

Nikah namma
Photos of wedding and after
Cards we sent each other for eid
skype history
call history

TB certificate
key english certificate

Im sure there was more but I cant remember. Also I would like to point out that we made a few mistakes but Alhamdulilah everything went well. Lots of dua is key. Payslip was over 28 days requirement and even in my employment letter there was no mention of how much I earn. Also it is possible to obtain the visa without a solicitor as we did but I stress the importance of triple checking everything before handing it in.

Hello AyeM.Ali I applied on 19th of January 2015 no current updates after receiving at BHC Islamabad
Wut about u? can share please?

I sent in my online application 23rd Feb and the biometrics on 2nd March. I have applied via karachi as well. Don't worry InshaAllah you'll hear from them soon. Since you applied mid January your three months end mid April. So you should hear from them start of April InshaAllah regarding your visa application process.

First application we thought my wife was exempt from english language requirement but it turns out she wasn't. This time we were refused because we initially only submitted 3 months bank statements and also because we didn't include gross annual salary on the letter from employer.

What do you think our chances are at the hearing?

Hello everyone, I received one email this morning at 4:35 UK time. It says my application has been processed and now will be sent back to visa application center. This is exactly after 8 weeks of submitting documents.

I sent them an email couple of days ago for an update and the response was it is yet to be seen by an ECO.

Please pray for me, I really hope it's a good news

Thanks Gucci9 ..

Today it has been exactly 2 months .. my wife submitted documents in mirpur on the 6th of Jan. I asked for an update two days ago so it's almost like two months .. I think you should also wait for at least 7-8 weeks.

Applied under Cat A only .. but I had many things missing in my application so I'm a little scared now .

Thanks,
I submitted pretty much all the documents as everyone else has but here are a few things which were missing.

1. No communication record (just online gifts and money transferred)
2. Three weekly payslipis with zero money coming in as I was on unpaid holidays and I did not clear this in cover letter.
3. Bank balance was below 900£ and my account went to OD once in that 6 months periods.

Basically I was stupid to apply at that time but I wanted to takw my chances lol

Anybody has any idea if they're open on Sunday for collection?? Mirpur

I hope in sha Allah it all goes well for you guys. I am well nervous now, because we submitted ours on 8 January 2015 in Mirpur. So I guess we should be expecting something soon. So worried :?

May Allah SWT give us positive results. Ameen

OK looking at that WOW you really took a chance !! lol

No communication ? are you serious Iv heard a few cases where rejection was because of no communication you submitted NON ? yiur kidding right?

So you didnt explain that about your payslips I dont really know how unpaid holiday works so I cant really comment on that also do you know how they calculate your yearly income by looking at 6 months slips ?

And as for your bank balance I dont think that should be a major problem as long as it shows your income and they match to wage slips.

I mean good luck because you never know Allah does wonders so just keep praying!!!

Im not sure if its open

You are nt using cat D then you shouldnt worry about bank balance dropping. And if your was zero for 3 weeks does it affect ur overall pay of more than 18600? If it doesnt and its still more than 18600 then you are good.

@gucci9
They count the pays from all 6 payslips, add them then multiply by 2. Its for those working on hourly or weekly basis. Thats how they calculate annual income. But if you are working on fix pay like one on contract and your pay for any month fells short, they'll make the calculations according to that lesser pay.
