I have been to submit documents for spouse visa for my wife today but her finger prints could not done because of hina/mehndi colour on her fingers. My question is:
Do they count document issue date or submission date in 28 days documents time limit. i.e. wage slips and bank statement dates?
What is my visa file submission date? i.e. online form submission date or online payment date or documents submission date ?
