According to my poor knowledge you can use it even though if its expired. Hope so it won't create any problem. All the best . Anyway if you have used NCS so when you were submitting your application so you should have asked that person to make it clear ?

Hi Friends,

I hope some senior members will help me.

I am due to apply for and thinking of booking through NCS.

In July 2013, I got FIXED PENALTY (SP50, 3 Points and £60 fine). Then in August 2014, I unfortunatly got CCJ on my name. I couldnt go to court because i was badly wounded by a dog and was too weak to do anything. The police was involved, but decided not press charges to the dog owner. The judge sentence against me and got CCJ as i couldn't attend the court hearing.

I have arrange with the credit card company paying monthly instalment. Then In Feb 2015, I got a letter from the court stating

" Upon reading a letter from the Claimant, IT IS ORDERED THAT The Attachment of Earnings Application is Adjourned Generally with Liberty to Restore at the Request of Either Party".

Will all this affect my citizenship application under good character? I got ILR through long stay. i have no police caution or criminal record.

Any help on my case will be appreciated from all members. really worried

Thank you

I'm no xpert but your motoring offence may not be a problem since it was over a year ago.

WRT your CCJ - my understanding is that you can file Statutory Declaation if you weren't aware of the proceedings against you, but if you were; you're options are none unfortunately. Others can shed light on if that can affect your naturalisation application.

100% similar to mine, lets keep each others up-to-date on the progress. I was checking my online banking all day long today to see if money is debited but alas it's not! hopefully tomorrow. This is one of those occasions in my life where I can't wait to be charged for something :) ironic!
