criminal conviction vs civil judgmetn vs caution, warning?

Post by daramed » Tue Mar 17, 2015 3:17 pm

I pleaded guilty by post for a speeding offence. Received £150 fine which is now spent. Which part of section 3 do I fill in?

It falls under non custodial sentence.

There's no non custodial section. The only sections are:
  • criminal conviction
    civil judgement
    caution, warning

I'm trying to figure out which section to put my non custodial conviction in. I read the FAQ already.

It's either me loosing my mind or people don't read my question.

May not be the answer you're looking for [I have read your question thoroughly!] but I had driving offence from 2008 and at NCS I was told not to mention anywhere since it was spent. If there was an offence not classed spent, I would say in your case, it would go at the very end on extra information page - Not entirely sure tho'

All the best!
