Hi - Have you Tried 0300 123 2253 - Option 2. or 0300 123 2241. Takes a long time (10 to 15 minutes) to get someone in the line but someone will pick up.
Thanks
T

Great . I will try those numbers. Thank you for your help...
Hi Knopik83, did you manage to speak to them?

Hi Guys,

Good to be part of this forum. I need a clarification please. I lost my foreign passport which has my residence permit of 5 years but due to expire soon. Therefore,I am eligible to appy for EEAPR in a matter of time. Can anyone tell me what to do in a situation whereby one losses his foreign passport? Do I need to conctact the home office to notify them of the loss?
Although,I have reported to the police and also have a reference number.

Someone,help out!

Shakzy.

I applied EEA PR as Non EU on 09/03/15 and fee taken on 12/03/15 and waiting for COA. Any one applied same week as me on New Form EEA PR plz keep updating App Status thanks

Hi sorry to bother you, i just wanna know if you fill ( Section 11 - Spouse, civil partner or durable partner
of the sponsor)?

Am just asking as the form says we should only fill the part that is applicable to you. and it also says If you have answered yes to question 9.3, you do not have to complete the rest of this section –
go straight to section 16 instead. However, we reserve the right to ask you for more information
if necessary

Pls update

Thanks
I have answer yes to question 9.3 Becz my wife received her PR Certificate last month and I submit PR Certificate with application but form is so confusing and not clear after ticking 2.4 question and they ask you to fill relevant section 11 so thats why I have completed section 11

Many Thanks, I got ur message and i will fill the section too to save headache.

Good morning everyone!
I've got one question and would be thankful your view/opnions/answers,

When non-EEA national applies for PR, can he/she request his passport back once COA has been received?

Is really important for me at the moment, as I need my passport to travel urgently?

Thank you!

Hi everyone. Just want to share my experience with PR application. Applied for PR on 24th, November 2014 on the basis that I retained my rights following divorced from EEA national on 2010. Got my RC on June 2009-June 2014. Received my COA on the 8th of December and granted PR on the 4th of March 2015. Was worried then that my application will be rejected as didn't submit my ex original passport, just a copy. I sent a cover letter that it's impossible for me to get his passport but in the end, it went ok.

Today was a great day. My husband finally got his PR. I sent his documents on the 01.12.2014. The letter was dated 15.03.2015. Meanwhile I was granted BC so we can straight away apply for his BC :)
good luck to all who are still waiting.

L m glad for you good luck in the future

i woudnt worry yet. 4 months is still ok. For the eea2 we were wauting 4 months also. I submited all my 6 years p60, some random bank statements, random bills and council tax, hous contracts. Not too many papers, just spreded them across 5 years period. I used also separate sheet for our time outside uk dates. While his PR was under consideration my BC was granted and we had the same ref no so maybe they looked at that as well
