Taylor house and hutton court Time query

hello all

i am trying to get my appeal hearing in one of these courts Taylor house or hutton court.

my questions is

our these courts busier than other courts like in manchester/birmingham etc

what is an average timescale for the hearing date at these two courts from the date of appeal filing?

please advice

You cannot choose which of those 2 places you case should be listed.

The tribunal listing office determines your catchment area.

yes i understand that. the tribunal appeal helpline told me that my post code area is covered by both taylor house or hutton court. please tell me avg timescale in these areas

But in your previous thread you said you were living on Manchester and you were advised against lying about living on London in order to delay your hearing.

i was told about these courts by tribunal helpline when i gave my brothers post code to them near london.

if i have a solicitor in london then would this impact where i get a hearing? do the tribunal go by the solicitor (representative) address or the applicant address to decide where the hearing should take place?

please advise
