Urgent Help Needed ! FLR

Hi
I am also in need of help. My tier 4 visa is ending on 28th of February, I have already applied for ATAS, new Uni is refusing CAS without ATAS, what should I do? Can I apply tier 4 from UK without CAS? Or should I apply for FLR?
Please reply ASAP.

tier 4 application without CAS = straight refusal after the bio-metrics , do not stay in hope that after applying you will get a cas, you will never get a cas after applying.
FLR = you will get 2-3 months and then refusal.

best is to go home and wait for ATAS, once received you will get a cas and things will become easy. never go for the FLR route unless strong and compassionate grounds are there.

Can any one tell, how much time will take to process FLR file? Will do send letter for biometrics? Any live example of FLR granted visa case?

Yes they take bio matrix in flr

bio-metrics are a part of the application and application will be refused and be invalid if bio-metrics are not given.

I have the same problem . I applied for ATAS 19 FEB 2015 and my visa will expire 23 MARCH!

Can I apply for FLR?

Sorry for late reply.
Yes I did on basis of intension of submitting Thesis within 90 days.
Done Biometric recently.
Hope will receive positive reply.
Anyone has idea when I can get decision?

Have you been issued a CAS yet? Did you make a tier 4 application?
