Congratulations for the happy news. It always a pleasure to know when someone gets good news. Did you mention in your application that you are separated to your partner? Look like December application are now being processed.
Thank you :)

I did not specifically mentioned that we are separated, but I did give his address as different to mine in application form. Plus the paperwork for the last year was only in my name.

Please house, has anybody been called for interview before? My friend just received and email from his lawyer that he is needed for an interview next month in Liverpool. What are the likely questions he should expect.
Thanks

Hi dynul

As stated on my post in the previous page, I applied for PR using EEA4 form on the 14th of November. Got COA on the 8th of December and got my PR issued on A4(passport expired) on the 4th of March.
If yours is a straightforward case I'm sure you will hear from them soon. Good Luck!

Hi everyone,

I have a quick question and I was wondering if someone could give me some advice. One of my friend's has had their PR refused. One of the reasons was that their husband had been a student for about 10 months ( from July 2009-April 2010) and she had not provided evidence that the EEA national held comprehensive medical insurance during this period. They were not aware that he needed comprehensive medical insurance to exercise treaty right in the UK. He had been employed before being a student ( April 2008-July 2009) and then became self employed ( from April 2010 and onwards) after being a student for about 10 months.Does anybody know if there's another way you could cover this period of being a student as the EEA national had no comprehensive medical insurance not to become a burden on the social assistance of the UK during the period of study.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Biometric information for non-EEA nationals
Changes in the new form now states that after the April 6 2015 Biometric information is will be mandatory for non-EEA nationals. Does this mean if you have had your Biometric information recorded in the past you won’t have to have them enrolled again? Will they issue you with a BRP (PR) instead of the old fashion vignette in the passport or it will still remain the same?

Mate pls get your fact right. there is no such thing that says Biometric will be taken from non EEA. this only apply to all naturalization applications.
