FYI: Interesting, from home office and not council, perhaps it has changed and some councils are on old rules and some on new..

I have contacted my council about it and am just awaiting a call back

Page 26 of the AN Guide

If your application is successful and you are living in the UK, you will be invited to
attend a citizenship ceremony. You will receive an invitation letter from the Home
Office and this will confirm the local authority you should contact to arrange your
ceremony. We expect you to arrange to attend a ceremony within 3 months of
receiving your invitation otherwise it will expire and you will have to reapply for
naturalisation and pay a further processing fee.

Your letter of approval will have a number to call for your ceremony I was told. Call that number and then you are able to book it.

Thanks Tangie, i think some of the letters are different as Mine (And I think PrarieSunflower's) says that a Invitation will come from council but if its not received in 2 weeks to contact the UKVI on an email address...

Mine also has no phone numbers on it. I ended up calling a UKBA phone number another friend gave me and they didn't have a clue.

Yeah. That may be the reason...different local authority etc.

My approval came the day after my approval came (approval came March 23, ceremony invitation came March 24th) for May 6th. I called to enquire about a private ceremony and someone happened to have cancelled their place in a group ceremony for the following day. Pure luck that I got it.

I'll attach a pic of that in a minute.
