How to acquire tier 2 sponsorship license.

Hi there guys i have an employer he is an accountant and wanting to get registered for sponsorship. His company is going to be one year old in this june. He has acquired a big contract with multinational company.
Can any one please guide me how can he obtain Tier 2 Sponsorship lisence as he needs to hire poeple.
Can any one suggest me any help or any good solicitor who have good knowledge about it.

Do they have any specific criteria regarding age of the company?
