Application submission - Advice

Hi,

The query is with regard to suitability to submit application. I am here on HSMP + Tier 1 + ILR for the past 7 years.

1. I am planning to apply for BC. However, i have parking fines - 3 nos last year (Jan/Feb 2014) and 1 no (Mar 2015) this year. There are other parking fines in 2009 and 2010. Please advisable if application can be submitted in the May/Jun 2015 ?

2. Spouse can apply as independent application. Spouse is a homemaker and has not worked in UK. Does CW take into consideration employment history in decision making ?
