Naturalisation after Permanent Resident

Post by gr8sjaans » Sat Apr 04, 2015 10:37 pm

hi
Married to EEA national in September 2008
Resident card issued August 2009
(EEA4) Permanent Resident issued on February 2014
Divorced in October 2014
Can i apply for Naturalisation now ?
Do i need to send my ex wife documents as I send it for EEA4 permanent Resident?
Time duration for naturalisation process decision?
Naturalisation form Page 12, EEA nationals exercising EC Treaty Rights , how should i fell this section
after divorce i am not EEA family member any more
2.4 What should i need to tick?
Naturalisation form Page 12,
You must answer questions 3.11-3.17 below even if you have answered no to question 3.6.
So what should i write in 3.11-3.17. not applicable or what?
what documents i need submit with application ?

Thanks

If you have been resident for 5 years and hold ILR for one year you can apply, your marital status is irrelevant.
I am sometimes wrong.
