Hi there,
I am working as a software tester and holding Tier 2 General visa from Nov 2012 and getting salary of £30250 per annum. (current SOC code 2139 - Experienced: £29,900). I would like to confirm that whether my current salary meet the minimum ILR requirement or I should get £35000 per annum when I apply to ILR as per current immigration rule?
