Hi,

Just a quick questions to guys who are running IT companies ,

after all marketing out of 10 companies ,one or two companies are ready to take service from my company which arent even sure to take service because we just started recently

but most of all companies have tie up with agencies

so my question is if we are going through agencies ,it is coming as contract job because though we give build product at our office with staff , end of the day we get money from agency not from client and we arnt able to take any work through agencies.

any advice will be helpful

I think if risk may be not safe

your agency or whoever gave you a work... ask them to do contract simple..
it doesnt matter who is your client... it can be anyone..

Ok say for example you got a simple contract..

but at the time of extension when u submit ur bank statement ..it clearly says your paid by agency how you going to explain

Well it doesn't matter. Everyone knows in today's world big companies never do contracts directly with the company so when u signed a contract with agency. Agency will write say on behalf of a be company u will give the services to the xyx client . And when u make an invoice . Make invoice to ur agent and write down who ever u r providing a consultancy . Like consultancy to xyz company

Are you sure about this that i can get contracts from agencies ?
just worried thats it .. you are doing contract from agencies as well ?
