prtb letters

Hi,

Our tenancy was registered with prtb and have been told that letters will be sent by post.

Will we receive them at our address or will i have to collect from landlord?

Hey. They get posted to you at your home address.
You need to contact the department via email. I remember I had to send them an email and received our letters a day after through post.

Yes i contacted them on thursday via email and they said you'll receive them by post friday or latest monday.
