ILR depedent: From outside the UK

Post by sojan » Fri May 15, 2015 8:26 am

folks,
I think the question might be asked here, but not sure on the keywords to search here..

Situation
- Husband is ILR
- Wife and kids in India

While applying for as Family Dependent of Person settled in the UK
- Should they use "Husband" as main applicant or "Wife" ?
- In the application it says how long the main applicant Visa valid for. But if husband is main applicant and ILR is valid for life, how can you pay NHS Surcharge?

Any recommendations would be highly grateful.

Main applicant is WIFE.

Initial visa will be for 33 months. NHS surcharge for each person will be £600
