I'm just wondering what is involved in switching from my current Working Holiday Maker (expires 28 Feb 05) to a Work Permit.
Currently I reside in the U.K and my employer is willing to sponsor me.
My initial research makes me think that i need to lodge a dual application. The first is the WP1 form and the second is the FLR(IED). Can these be lodged at the same time? Are there any issues with this?
Any assistance with which forms need to be completed and expected timeframes would be much appreciated. Thanks
