Hi there,

If you have received the biometric letter then isn't it sufficient that the home office have received your application?

Kind regards,

I've updated the spreadsheet ( to include a decision date, and some columns about how long it took to receive an acknowledgement, see payment drop, see decision made, etc... plus counter of how long each has been waiting so far.

Hi,
No one here is able to answer this question for you, I guess that this is down to individual circunstances, all the applications need to be treated differently. They said up to 6 months, so this is just the waiting game.

Patience is really difficult to have, trust me.

By looking at the rule of averages, you should receive the letters by this weekend. Cheers :D

Hi
I can't put my detail in ur link .
Why?? And how??
Not sure dude, everyone else seems to be editing it as well as adding their details! How much exposure you have to spreadsheets? if you still facing difficulties, let me know your timeline. I will add it on to spreadsheet.

Thanks for putting this together.

One thing I've noticed is that the people in the first week of April didn't have to wait long to get their fee taken - just over a couple weeks. That time has been increasing, with the late April people having to wait about a month.

Well done, i deliberately skipped all that because to me most the info is useless (May be thats just me!). The short link still works!

I guess that's just down to the number of applications and the backlog they are working through. Curse those early-April submitters for overwhelming the case workers for us poor late-Aprilers

Hi
Does it mean that the processing time should get better in June. I am planning to apply in June via NCS. What is the typical timeline to expect from the date of submission till we receive Biometric enrollment letter. I am apply for me and my 2 kids ( 16 and 8 years). will there be any delay in receiving my kids Biometric or all applications will be processed at the same time. Thanks

Truthfully, none of us know. All we can do is look at what others are reporting and see if there are any trends. The backlog could be getting longer with all the May submissions, or maybe there won't be as many in May. The way we do stuff in this forum - breaking down submissions by month - doesn't help in the trend watching space.

From what I've observed, I think you should expect no quicker than 4 weeks between submission and biometric letter. It could easily be a lot longer.

Unless you are very big spender, any amount upwards of £1,000 in a single transaction shouldn't be that hard to locate...

If the date of offence is in 2010 then you are fine as the rehabilitation period has expired by now. So you should be ok as long as there aren't any other offences after that
